Mr. Orange is based on the concept of Spiral Dynamics, a theory founded by professor of psychology, Clare Graves and further developed by Don Edward Beck and Christopher Cowan.
Spiral Dynamics is a model based on understanding the unique needs of individuals and their perception of the world. It explains why we have varying views, because everyone has a different level of psychological development.
Spiral Dynamics is simplified into a color-coding system of eight values or levels of consciousness, with orange being the achiever-self. A level 5 Orange is entrepreneurial, excited by business, a driven go-getter, success creator, and loves growth and, to some degree, status.
Orange also knows that to be successful, we must make others successful.
This is how Mr. Orange was born.
